If you arrive earlier or leave after the weekend and want to take the trip to spend a few days in Barcelona, you can stay at our Zen center in Barcelona (limited places). You can also stay in Bori Sa after the SW.

(Bori Sa is very isolated between mountains, it is important that you bring everything that comes up on the list and what you may need, since there are no stores or anywhere to get anything.)
What kind of clothes do I have to bring? What do I have to bring?
– Sleeping bag or sheets.
– Flashlight (batteries).
– Towel, personal cleaning utensils (gel, shampoo, etc. All zen discharges go directly to nature, so it is advisable to bring organic products).
– Indoor shoes and mountain shoes.
– Comfortable clothes to meditate (discrete and neutral colors).
– Clothing suitable for the season (in the mountains the weather can vary a lot from one day to the next).
– If you have precepts, please bring your short / long formal dress and the kasa.
– Socks are always worn in the Dharma room.
– We work with solar panels, so it is not allowed to use hair dryers, irons, etc. Please use electricity consciously.
In Bori Sa there is unlimited space to plant a tent. If you want to sleep surrounded by the mountains of Alta Garrotxa, you have two options: you can bring your tent or, if you do not have one, we can provide it to you (limited tents).

If you can not afford to pay the entire registration, remember that, if you participate in the retreat of the last week of August, the SW is free!
In case you could not come to the retreat and you only want to participate in the SW, there is a reduced rate, which allows you to pay less (€ 45) in exchange for helping us organize the meeting.
