Yong Maeng Jong Jin: to leap like a tiger while sitting

The retreats are silent, in our mountain Zen Center located in the middle of nature, in the incredible Natural Park of the Alta Garrotxa in the Pyrenees, the ideal place for a retreat. Participants follow an intensive schedule of sitting and walking meditation, chanting, prostrations and formal meals, in which one tries to keep alive the practice of attention at all times.

We all practice together, benefiting from the spectacular surroundings, extraordinary energy of the mountains, fresh air and spring water. All our meals are vegetarian, based on fresh, local, seasonal, organic produce (often from our own garden).
