• Bori Sa is located in a place of great natural beauty and energy, in a picturesque area of Alta Garrotxa.
• Visitors enjoy the magnificent scenery and silence of Bori Sa and benefit from the power of Zen practice, following a schedule of practice and work, with plenty of free time to relax and explore the surroundings.
• Visitors share the residents’ simple vegetarian diet. Meeting special food requirements is not feasible.
• Visitors adhere to the “Temple Rules” and follow the resident’s schedule*.

10.00 h: Work (duration depending on the type of work to be done)

19.00 h: Zen practice (chanting, sitting)
20.30 h: Dinner (optional)
22.00 h: Silence
